What does the fixed fee include?
The management services described, without a percentage of your revenue. VAT, cleaning, linen, supplies, repairs and booking platform fees are separate and set out in your proposal and contract.
Is a fixed fee always cheaper?
It depends on revenue and the percentage being compared. Against a 20% fee, break-even is €2,495 per month. The calculator compares management fees only.
How do I follow my property’s performance?
You receive a monthly report with bookings, revenue and costs. Access and communication arrangements are agreed during setup.
Can I end the management agreement?
A 30-day notice period applies. The contract sets out the process, treatment of existing bookings and remaining obligations.
